Davies Arnold Cooper are a leading law specialist with offices in London, Manchester, Madrid and Mexico. Particularly known for their dispute resolution and property expertise, they have over 150 partners and are growing fast.

Creator were appointed to assist them in recruiting graduate trainees and mid to senior weight lawyers whilst also raising the firm's awareness in the legal arena. We created a campaign, based around the theme 'Going up?', which not only appealed to those wishing to join Davies Arnold Cooper and further their career but also support the strategic business plan that the firm had in place.

We designed and built a six page dynamic microsite with specific sections for the types of lawyers they were targeting. Flash imagery consisted of the DAC branded blue balloon and a lift graphic, highlighted in blue. A video introduction from the senior partner added personality to the site. We also designed and placed advertising in various legal publications which needed to work hard and stand out against similar messages. The campaign has been highly successful with a larger than average percentage of applications being received just one month into the activity, which will last three months throughout the summer.
