When KPMG Consulting asked us to help them launch Metrius, their ‘digital transformation’ business, we relished the opportunity to show off the breadth of our experience and get involved in every aspect of creating a new brand. We worked as part of the client start-up team on all brand related elements of the business plan in order to take Metrius to market. We established a market position, key marketing messages, brand values, company culture, visual identity and guidelines. The process began with an in depth study into their market, from which we produced a communications strategy and plan for implementation. We ran a series of workshops with key KPMG Consulting stakeholders to define the offering and the brand, which was revealed to senior KPMG partners at a breakfast briefing event. As brand guardians, we facilitated induction sessions with new members of staff and produced brand guidelines. It was a real treat to be able to be such an integral and valued part of the client’s team and to be able to handle a complete branding communications exercise. |
